Our Staff

Our Services

We offer personalized one-on-one sessions with our skilled therapists to help you achieve your mental health goals. Our team specializes in a variety of areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Whether you're dealing with past traumatic experiences or seeking to manage daily stress and anxiety, our therapists are equipped with the expertise to guide and support you on your path to mental wellness. Through a compassionate and tailored approach, we ensure that each session is focused on your unique needs and aspirations, empowering you to attain greater emotional well-being and resilience.

Typically short-term counseling aimed at helping partners and families to understand and resolve issues, address dissatisfaction, and manage conflicts within their relationship. This therapeutic approach seeks to improve communication, foster empathy, and strengthen the emotional connection between individuals and families.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a structured mental health treatment for trauma survivors. It helps individuals understand and reframe their traumatic experiences, reducing symptoms of PTSD and improving emotional well-being. Through sessions with a therapist, patients learn to challenge and modify unhelpful beliefs related to their trauma.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of counseling designed to help people manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and make better life choices. It combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices to teach skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and acceptance.

Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic technique that uses focused attention, relaxation, and deep concentration to help individuals access their subconscious mind. It can support behavior change, reduce stress, manage pain, and address habits like smoking or overeating. Often used alongside traditional therapy, hypnotherapy empowers clients to reframe negative patterns and achieve personal goals through positive mental shifts.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured mental health treatment method designed to alleviate psychological distress. This therapeutic approach involves a series of guided eye movements while individuals simultaneously recall traumatic or distressing memories. The primary objective of EMDR is to facilitate the healing process by helping individuals effectively process and integrate these challenging experiences, ultimately reducing their emotional impact and promoting psychological well-being. By doing so, EMDR aims to assist individuals in recovering from trauma and other distressing life events.

We offer supervision for LPC-Associates who are in the process of obtaining their licensure. Our experienced supervisors are on staff to assist and guide LPC-Associates seeking certification in Oregon, providing the necessary support and expertise to help them navigate the path to becoming licensed professionals.

Our students are actively pursuing their training and obtaining licensure, providing an affordable solution for individuals seeking services without insurance coverage. These students offer valuable assistance, ensuring that those in need have access to necessary support and resources at a reduced cost. This initiative not only benefits the community but also enriches the students' professional experience.
